Built on Field Experience & Trusted by Aviation
Hallux Avian Solutions was founded in 2021 by a Master falconer who grew up on military bases in the United States and Europe where he saw aviation safety as a critical component. Later as an adult and practicing falconer, he recognized a gap between regulatory compliance and effective, humane avian hazard management. Hallux Avian Solutions bridges that gap by implementing integrated programs that reduce bird strike risk while meeting the strictest federal standards.
the Origin of Hallux Avian Solutions
Founded in 2021 by a Master falconer and former Army Medic turned Police Officer and Tactical Weapons Instructor, Hallux Avian Solutions was built from the ground up to serve the specific demands of aviation safety. Our founder understands that generic pest control approaches are inadequate for airfield environments where species identification, behavioral ecology, and regulatory documentation are as critical as the deterrence method itself.
With a special interest in aviation, Hallux Avian Solutions focuses on serving civilian airports, military installations, and large-scale commercial facilities. Every program we deploy is designed to the specific wildlife pressure, habitat conditions, and operational constraints of the site.
Certifications & Standards
Operating Principles
Precision Over Volume
We do not deploy generic deterrence. Every program begins with a wildlife hazard assessment that identifies species, pressure patterns, and site-specific risk vectors.
Regulatory Integrity
Our documentation, reporting, and methods are designed to withstand FAA audit. We treat compliance as a baseline, not a selling point.
Humane Methods
All abatement methods are non-lethal unless a USDA depredation permit is in place. We prioritize biological deterrence.
Operational Continuity
We work within the operational constraints of active airfields and commercial facilities to minimize disruption while maintaining program effectiveness.
